Your company is registered with the immigration authority, which is what allows it to sponsor residence visas at all.
The Ministry approves the number of visas your company may hold, based on your office space and activity.
An electronic entry permit is issued, valid for the holder to enter the UAE or to change status if already inside the country.
If the applicant is already in the UAE on a visit visa, their status is adjusted to residence without leaving the country.
A mandatory medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometric capture at an approved centre.
The residence visa is issued electronically and the Emirates ID card is delivered, completing the process.
